Details: The patient is a 49-year-old female with a history of Lap-Band and subsequent weight loss with body mass index reduction from 34 to 25 with recurrent infections and rectus diastasis. The patient was seen for rectus diastasis repair and abdominalplasty. Patient agreed to undergo rectus diastasis repair through an abdominoplasty incision with no liposuction
